Stone hay barn in the Peak District

stone hay is a barn conversion right in the heart of the peak district with a lovely log fire for those cosy nights in there is space for 6 people (not suitable for toddlers due to the layout of the stairs ) babies in arms are welcome & children over 5 years , we have 2 vocal resident donkeys on site. Pets welcome by prior arrangement. What 3 words Location Space ulterior intention Stone hay barn sleeps 6 people comfortably in 1 double bedroom which is accessible through the single bedroom which has 2 single beds & there is a sofa bed downstairs, a travel cot can be supplied which is suitable for babies The barn is not suitable for toddlers due to the stair access, no safety gate can be fitted. Downstairs shower room Tv / dvd Lounge Kitchen Dining room Games room / gym ( covered Annex ) Enclosed garden with bike store Barbecue Pets welcome by prior arrangement but not upstairs or left unattended Log burner ( fuel included for the first night ) more can be purchased if required Central heating We are situated close to the peak edge hotel & golf course in the heart of the Peak District , a farm shop is within walking distance the nearest village is Ashover , followed closely by Matlock & bakewell , chatsworth house is in easy reach . Escape away from it all as there is no wi fi at the property Vodafone works fine unfortunately EE has no signal here O2 works fine. You will have the whole barn to yourselves during a stay Bed linen & towels provided I manage the listing on behalf of Andy, he has an extremely good knowledge of the local area , He’s happy to give you information otherwise total privacy will be given The barn is a detached building in the Peak District We are close to the Peak edge hotel We are 7 miles approximately from Matlock which is a wonderful place to explore There is many visitor attractions in the Peak District we have numerous leaflets inside the barn for your enjoyment A car is recommended but a lot of people hike around the Peak District Our barn is situated down a farm lane. We have 2 resident very vocal donkeys & you may spot the farm cats . We ask please DO NOT feed the animals
