The Microbrew Cabin

Behind the Catskill Brewery on an open field you’ll find two cottages, formerly the residence of the brewmaster, now made available for rental. While the main house is perfect for families, group getaways, and those that appreciate having enough room to swing a keg, the Microbrew Cabin is your cozy cabin that's perfect for a one single person or a couple. You enter the cabin through the front door that sits on a wooden deck. This is the spot where you will most likely spend hours sipping on your morning coffee as well as enjoying a cold Catskill Brewery beer watching the sunset after a day of adventures. From here you step straight into the livingroom that makes you feel like you are deep in the woods. The wood cladded walls creates a warm atmosphere where you can feel like home. The livingroom connects with the kitchen where the minimalistic and clean design makes you wonder if the catskill is actually located in Scandinavia but the local supplies sitting on the shelves will bring you back home again. The cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed made with high quality flannel bedding from Lexington Company. The newly renovated bathroom connects to both the livingroom and bedroom and has all the amenities you need for your nature retreat. The Cabin has a new full kitchen filled with essentials for the simple life. Cooking stove, small fridge and freezer and a spacious apron sink. The shelves and cupboards has well selected glassware, service ware, cutlery and tools for cooking as well as baking. When furnishing the cabin we got really excited about all the beautiful enamel ware we found in antique shops and thrift stores - there's nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee in an enamel cup on a deck over looking the mountains. Oh and we stock great coffee for you at the cabin! We also have the essentials such as local honey from the Catskills, oats, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper etc. Anything else you need through your stay you can find either in the local markets just a 2 min drive from the cabin or on select farms around the area. After a long day exploring everything from a hiking to a secret waterfall, a local smoked trout sandwich, alpaca petting and tasting all the different types of beer that the Catskill Brewery offer its time to sleep. We have done everything we can to create a comfortable space for you. Change into the comfortable robes that's yours for the stay and feel like home. The dark flannel bedding helps you sleep long nights and the walk in shower will wake you up in the morning and get ready for new adventures. Please note the property is located fairly close to the highway - while it's not noisy, there is a hum of cars in the distance.
