In the heart of the Molignée valley, the cottage is at the centre of numerous tourist (Maredsous and Maredret Abbeys, Falaën fortified farmhouse, Dinant, Annevoie gardens...) and sporting activities (Dinant Aventure, Ravel 2 and 3, descent down the Lesse, mountain bike riding, boat hire with no need for a permit in Dinant...), as well as numerous activities involving nature: Walks. Motorway is 23 km from the house whereas the airport is 44km away.
