Holiday house by the sea

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car. House of good standard. Bathing and fishing in the garden / jetty. Parking. Pets are allowed but must be agreed in advance. Also access to garden and pier (shared with tenants in boathouse and landlord). We will be at your disposal for information and practical advice during your stay. Summer idyll on the south coast in Arendal city.
