An exquisite listed grade II Georgian 4 bedroom farm house. The perfect base from which to explore everything the Cotswolds has to offer. The accommodation comprises: Living room: Large space with open fireplace Kitchen: Well equipped, which includes range cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is a pine kitchen table which comfortably sits six. Dining Room: Large dining room table which comfortably sits twelve. Sitting Room: Comfortable, cosy red room. Cloackroom: Contains toilet and wash basin. Stair case lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing off which are the following rooms: Bedroom 1, this is a lovely room with exposed beams and king size bed Bedroom 2, large room with king size bed and single bed Bedroom 3, double bedroom Family bathroom, contains a bath, toilet and basin. Stair case leads up to the second floor, this is a large modern loft living area. Guests are allowed to use any room in the house. Only my own room which is off limits. 5 minutes drive from local town Shipston On Stour, 20 minutes drive from Stratford Upon Avon. It is advised guests bring a car.
