It’s in an ideal location if you want easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants and all the local modern and historic attractions that make Portsmouth such a draw for people from all over the world. We have a very strict policy on parties and we monitor this very closely using surveillance If you try and party in is this property you will no doubt be removed on the first day, deposit kept and reservation not refunded. As long as, 1) you don't upset any neighbors and 2) You don't cause any damages. 3) tidy up all of your mess. You are more than welcome to come and enjoy my property.
