Our villa includes 3 terraces with majestic ocean and sunset views, a pool with shaded lounging area and a BBQ area including wood heated oven, setting the tone for energized days of sun-soaked fun and lovely evenings of relaxing dining. The guests can use the entire house. The villa is spread in two levels. All levels are equipped with adaptable air conditioning. First level: 2 en-suite large double bedrooms, 2 double bed-bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower and all have access to spacious terrace with sea and sunset view. Big corridor with library and couch. Upper level: spacious living room with TV, fire place, dining room with table that expands for more guests, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas oven,3 gas hobs and one electric), WC Outdoors: panoramic sea-view pool area - Free private pool with sunbeds, lawn chairs (pool dimensions 3,5m x 9,5m), and outdoor shower. - Heated pool use for an additional cost of € 50 per day. - Shaded lounge and BBQ grill area with large wooden dining table and traditional benches (for extra sitting, you can add the directors chairs). The villa is built on a neighborhood which only consists of private villas. This makes the area very quiet and secure. Melisaki, the area on which the villa is found is known for the best sunset view of the island. Nearby beaches: Ksyla (clean with beautiful deep waters) and other small uncrowded beaches. Closest one is right in front of the house. (200m) From April to October there are 4 ferries per day departing from Lavrio (30 minutes from Athens airport), during the rest of the year there are at least 2 ferries per day. The boat transit lasts 50-60 minutes and the ferries are capable of carrying cars. The house has three private parking spots. There is an extra cost if guests prefer the swimming pool heated.
