The lodge backs onto Greystoke Woods..... here you can walk various routes taking in some lovely views along the way. The lodge is pine clad throughout giving it a warm cosy feeling. No.8 sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms ..... 2 x double bedrooms and 1x twin bedroom. The living/dining area is open plan and have dining table and 2 large sofas.... TV DVD player there is a selection of DVDs and games for your entertainment. From the dining there are patio doors onto a decked area from here you can watch the rabbits and red squirrels going about their daily business. The kitchen has washer/dryer cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, is open plan to the rest of the living area. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower. The lodge is situated between the Market town of Keswick and Penrith. The lakes Ullswater and Derwentwater are just a short drive away. In the small neighbouring village of Greystoke is a local pub, small shop and outdoor heated swimming pool. All bedding is provided and towels can be provided at a small charge.
