The open plan lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four and is equipped with Flat Screen HD TV, satellite receiver, home theatre system with iPod dock and an extensive DVD library. The luxury fitted kitchen comes with modern appliances such as induction hob, combi oven/microwave and grill, fridge/freezer, coffee machine. Range of quality utensils are also supplied. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed with high quality mattress and plenty of storage units. The bedroom also offers one of the best views of the Lake Lugano and San Salvatore. The villa also has a private dock that provides direct access to the Lake for swimming with an outdoor shower facility. The dock itself is private and not available to guests for sun bathing. A further well maintained communal dock/beach is open to public only 150m from the Villa and is a good spot for taking some sun. There is also a public swimming pool and shower at this dock/beach.
