Clean linens and towels, kitchen, queen sized bed and 2 futons are available for your use. Stand up tile shower with a seat. Apt is on the rear of my property. Contactless check-in Pool is open! 1 queen bed and 2 futons are in the living room that are full-sized. 1 bathroom provided with towels and soaps for your needs. Standup tile shower. Pool towels are available rolled up in the closet for your use. There are various security cameras outside on the property. Mainly those cameras protect my home and the pool area. Dishes, pots, pans, coffee, sugar, light refreshments, hot shower, comfortable bed, cozy stay are a few of the amenities available. There is a pool available for your use. It's an above ground pool that's roughly 4 ft deep. Floats are available for your use. I don't necessarily make a point to interact with my guests in order to respect their privacy. That doesn't mean I won't say 'hello' if I happen to see you outside or in passing. I do like to check in on my guests from time to time to make sure all is well with the stay. Usually it's via messaging. I currently am following Airbnb’s Covid cleaning guidelines. I have no known issues related to covid as of yet. Some people ask so I figured I would add this statement to my listing. Stay well and safe!! The walk to the end of the road is exactly .5 mile. Deer, squirrel, and birds are abundant in this area and are common to see out on the property. There is a creek in my backyard behind the apartment. Please take a moment to see the beauty around you;) Also, the road my subdivision is on is very bad in some spots. Please be careful coming in and out. And do enjoy your stay! The train station is in Selma which is about 15 minutes from here. I'd be happy to help arrange transportation to and from the train station. Just ask! Kenly is the closet town from here that has gas stations, food lion, dollar general, and other various restaurants. There is a truck stop close by in Kenly that has a Taco Bell, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, and a few other options to eat. My county offers an online visitor’s guide with various info.
