Bay Tree Cottage

Bay Tree Cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard and provides comfortable compact accommodation for 2 people. It consists of an open plan sitting/kitchen area, a separate bedroom and shower room. Bay Tree cottage looks over the front gardens of Swinford Manor Farm. The cottage lies within the grounds of Swinford Manor Farm which is situated on the River Thames. Guests have access to 10 acres of gardens and water meadows leading down to the Thames Path and the River Thames where fishing is available in season. On arrival you will be provided with the keys and any information you may require. There is always someone available should you need assistance. The Farm and Cottage are in the unique position of being located on the River Thames in a rural setting yet close to the City of Oxford on a direct bus route. Wytham Woods are opposite (site of special scientific interest). The village of Eynsham is within walking distance where there are pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. There is plenty of parking but if you wish to use public transport the local bus stops outside the gates and runs every 15 minutes into the City of Oxford. From Oxford you can take the bus to London which runs every 20 minutes.
