Cozy 50 m2 seaside apartment, with maritime decor and attention to detail. Clean and comfortable apartment with hotel style bedding, well equipped small kitchen and small bathroom with shower. Located in the middle of Gilleleje, a small fishing village just one hour drive north of Copenhagen. The apartment is less than 100 m from several lovely beaches and a short walk to the harbor . Enjoy a stroll through this lively town with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit. Access to your own little furnished terrace outside the apartment with lovely evening sun and a barbecue accessible for maximum HYGGE. Note: Small hot water tank in shower, but reheats quickly! No door in the bedroom, only a curtain for visual privacy. The whole apartment is at your disposal and the small terrasse outside. However the garden is off limits and for the owners use only. We are available throughout your stay 24/7 Gilleleje has so many attractions, my favorite café is Flora and Café Våbengården in the harbour and my favorite restaurant is either Bistro Nr. 3 or Saseline where great food is served at different price levels. You can rent a bike or a SUP board for activities right in the center of Gilleleje or if you wish you can go for a run along the kilometer long scenic paths that run along the beautiful coast line. Gilleleje offers a number of great shops and if you wish you can visit the light house and get a tour or visit our town walks and hear the interesting history of how Gilleleje was a hub for the resistance groups during the Second World War. Gilleleje has easy access by train and by bus to the neighboring towns and cities. Hillerød, Helsingør and Copenhagen are popular places to visit on a day trip from Gilleleje. Just ask and we will be happy to guide you. The is a laundromat about 100 m down the street should you need to wash your clothes.
