Banana Hide Away

Our Banana Hideaway is a little 450 sq ft, 1 bedroom guest house. The bedroom is a screened in room nestled against a hillside. The separate kitchen living space has a beautiful mountain view and pull out full sized memory foam couch. This little cottage is a bit in the trees and will provide a real authentic Kauai country experience. Newly renovated this little home is clean and cozy. There is no stove but offers a full sized refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and coffee maker. This country cottage has a beautiful yard, full of fruit trees that you are welcome to pick (when fruiting.) Right next door is another little air bnb cottage and about 50 ft away the cutest green converted bus is tucked behind a mango tree, you can’t see it from your home. All you see is a beautiful Mountain View. You are free to roam the 3 acre property and see what’s fruiting… normally may - October something is going off from sour sap to avocados and for a short time mango. June-July Always available Best local juice bar (Kalalea Juice), serving açaí bowls, fruit smoothies, juices, and shots mostly from Kauai organic farmers . Also just down the street from a local farmers market on Saturday and Sunday’s with local vendors. 5 minutes from the beautiful Anahola bay. The view from living room of famous Kalalea is magical. You need a car on Kauai. Public transportation doesn’t work. You are in a pretty private native Hawaiian community so walking around on the streets isn’t advised. But please feel free to walk through the yard and even over to the back pasture if you want to do some hills:)
