Sleeping up to four guests, this two bedroom holiday home is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family staycation. Tastefully decorated with a welcoming feel, this dog friendly apartment is a hidden gem. With high ceilings and a large bay window, Groveside Apartment boasts a bright and airy open plan living and dining area. You’ll instantly feel at home as there are two comfy sofas and a flat screen TV. The perfect spot to relax, you can catch up on your favourite shows or get stuck into a good book. You'll also find a log effect electric fire in the room. Enjoy meal times with your loved ones at the dining area. Dark wood in style, the dining table and six matching chairs work beautifully in the space. Whether you’re ordering in a takeaway or you’ve cooked a homemade meal in the kitchen, this space is ideal for socialising with your loved ones. Ultra sleek in design, the kitchen has high shine cabinets and light wood worktops. There’s plenty of space to prepare food and the apartment boasts a full selection of appliances making it perfect for self-catering stays. You’ll have full use of the oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and microwave. All dishes, silverware and cookware are provided too. With neutral colour schemes of white and grey, both bedrooms have a tranquil feel. In the master room you’ll find a King bed and the second bedroom features a double. Both beds have premium bed linens and luxury bedding to provide the best night sleep possible. The bathroom is striking with a roll top bath and Victorian style WC and basin. The apartment also has a separate wet room. Outside you’ll find outdoor seating for up to four people. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. On street parking is available free of charge. Groveside Apartment is located in the centre of the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast. Located in the heart of the town, just a short walk to the shops, bars, bistros and restaurants, with the promenade and beach on the doorstep. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the lower promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance. Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are truly beautiful! Groveside Apartment is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors. Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
