There is no kitchen to use ( it is just like you book a hotelroom) and there is only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. You only have access to the part of the apartment where you can find the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. So the kitchen and livingroom is not in use... Always available on my phone/email/sms... Easy to reach by train, car and bus. You will not meet your host. The check in/out is by yourself.
