The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 10-20 min(🚌🚅🚘) Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und grosser Couch, Vorzimmer mit grosser Gardarobe. Küche mit Essecke. If it's possible, we can communicate in german as well. Nevertheless it is a quiet and green landscape around the house with a few neighbors.
