Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend. The location of this property is one of the best you will ever see of the North East coast, directly opposite the iconic Roker pier giving it a double aspect magnificent view. It forms part of a very impressive Victorian building with large character rooms with a very modern twist. This property is spread out over two floors making it a perfect space to relax and it has a very light and spacious layout. The other very important thing about this property is you have a private large parking bay, assigned just for the apartment so no more searching for a parking space . The apartment is located on the top two floors of this impressive building with large sweeping staircase, they are not too steep, but unfortunately would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems as there is no lift available . I live directly opposite to this apartment so I am available most of the times if you need any assistance. I am a very approachable person and will always meet my guests on arrival. We are located in one of the most sort after, popular areas in Sunderland. Our location is the next block to the Roker Hotel with several bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance , we are about 20mins walk to the stadium of light Sunderland' s football stadium . We are also walking distance to the Glass centre and universities . Seaburn is a 3/4 walk along the cost and if you continue straight you will reach Whitburn and South Shields . Newcastle is 20mins ride away on our local Metro train. So as you can see this is ideally located. Local city bus services stop directly across the road. Local trains and the Grand Central to London station is only about 2 miles away., with everything you need travel wise, very easy to access and the location is ideal. The Scottish boarders are only 1& 1/2 hours away making this also an ideal stop off point when travelling around the country.
