Bedroom Annex with own entrance

Privately accessed bedroom annex with its own en suite with underfloor heating, Aqualisa power shower and drencher. There is a T.V., Wifi, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Nespresso/tea making facilities. Comfortable and quiet You will have your own entrance door to access bedroom and en suite. Please note there is no bath. There are two 3ft divan beds zipped together with individual duvets and given the design of the room it is not possible to separate the beds. Of course a single guest can use the whole bed. There are no cooking facilities but a toaster and a microwave is provided for heating up food. A few breakfast options will be available to guests. The bedroom annex is entirely for the use of the guests. The garden can be accessed but it is shared with me and my personal guests on occasions. In your interest and mine in these Covid 19 times, I am not taking bookings the day either side of yours and am also doing all communications by phone or text - not very friendly I know but if you need any help please do not hesitate to call. Arborfield is a fairly rural location yet within 6 miles of Reading, and approx. 12 miles of Henley and Ascot. Winchester and Oxford can be reached in under an hour by car. The train from Reading into Paddington, London takes less than 30 minutes. We are 10 minutes drive from the M4 (Junction 11) and 40 mins drive from Heathrow. There are a number of very nice walks and pubs closeby. Nirvana Spa and Arborfield Studios are just a short drive away, You can park your car outside your own entrance. There is a frequent bus service within 3 minutes walk which will take you to Reading station, via Reading University, the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading town. The bedroom annex is on the ground floor ie there are no stairs to climb and it faces the garden. It is very quiet.
