Welcome to our apartment "Alina" in Hoffenheim. The approximately 54 square meter apartment has a living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a spacious parking space in front of the granny flat. A terrace in front of the granny flat also invites you to stay outdoors in summer. Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance. In the vicinity there are various shops, a pharmacy, bakery and the train station (approx. 1 km away). The thermal baths and bathing world Sinsheim can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The car and technology museum, the new Klima Arena and the home stadium of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The apartment is located in the basement of the house that was built at the end of 2017. The apartment was fully expanded and furnished in November 2019. The approximately 21 sqm living / dining area has a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, hot air oven and ceramic hob. You will get fit in the morning with a hot coffee from the coffee pad machine (coffee pods are available free of charge). On the flat TV in the living area you can watch Netflix for free in addition to satellite TV. For internet use, you have WiFi access throughout the apartment. In the approximately 16 square meter bedroom you sleep in a 140 cm wide bed. You can conveniently stow your travel wardrobe in the large wardrobe. And the desk in the bedroom offers a workplace for, for example, comfortable working on a laptop. You can relax in the bathtub in the approx. 7 sqm bathroom with underfloor heating. We can provide a children's travel cot (recommended up to a maximum of 15 kg) free of charge if required. Also a children's chair on request. Access to the apartment is not barrier-free. A few wide steps lead down from the parking lot to the entrance.
