My detached house is located in the lively Breda, about 4 km from the city center, in a quiet street. The room that I rent is about 13 m2. It is on the 1nd floor, new, warm and atmospheric. tea and coffee making possibilities. There is a 1 person bed. Heating for the winter and a fan for the summer. Wifi is free. The spacious luxury bathroom and toilets are shared with me. Bathrobe provided. On arrival 3.25% per room per night will be charged to you in connection with the tourist tax. Smoking is allowed in the garden. The garden offers a panoramic view of farmlands. This spot is truly unique for Breda. So rural and yet so close to all facilities. Antwerp, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Den Bosch are all within a half hour drive. There are 2 shopping centers within 1 km, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The distance to the A16 is 2 km. The airports of Rotterdam and Eindhoven are about 60 km away. Schiphol is one hour away. There lives also a super sweet dog and a quiet old cat.
