Beautiful newer home on one acre wooded site in a quiet community. Lots of privacy with use of a private outdoor patio or a rear covered patio adjacent to the landscaped back yard. Very spacious. Can accommodate one guest or family. We own a very friendly West Highland Terrier. Beautifully landscaped yard with water features and covered rear patio. Also a small private patio adjacent to the sitting room in the beautifully finished basement. We offer a full kitchen in this space to create all your meals if you desire.The finished basement has a queen size sofa bed and full bath plus a large screen TV and WIFI. Guests can reserve space in either of two bedrooms on the second floor. Full size finished basement with private entrance and kitchen, eating area and sitting area including a queen size sofa bed and full bath. Guests can also use the yard and patio areas. We will be glad to help with area attractions and offer any help we can to make your stay memorable. Our street is on a cul-de-sac nestled in the Niagara Escarpment region. We are 15 minutes from the nearest public transportation stop. Rideshare programs are just beginning in our area. We have a very friendly West Highland Terrier We are minutes from the historic locks of the Erie Canal. Niagara Falls is 30 minutes away as well as downtown Buffalo
