Our beautiful 2 bdrm apartment is located just a few stoplights from Historic Downtown Frankfort and its attractions and just minutes from the Old and New State Capitols and only 300 yards from Buffalo Trace Distillery (infamous to the Ky Bourbon Trail). Our furnished apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. We are conveniently located close to Downtown Frankfort and all its attractions, and only 30 minutes to Lexington and 50 minutes to Louisville. We do have 3 fully furnished rentals available in this building, if your traveling party is large, feel free to check into one of our other units... we host to a lot of wedding groups this way. Guests will have access to an entirely furnished unit. There is a common hallway that is located in the center of the building that leads from the front entrance. Each rental unit has their own private entrance located off their patio though. There are games/reads located in the center of the building for guests to use and enjoy. Guests will have as much or little interaction with the owners. We do have an onsite manager that ensures the building is quiet and guests are respectful to one another during their stay. Our apartment building is located in mostly a residential neighborhood. There are a few business near, and just a few stoplights away from Downtown Frankfort. Several tourist activities are close at hand: Fort Boone Civil War Park, Cove Spring Nature Preserve, Buffalo Trace Distillery, Riverview Park, and many many more. We are on the city bus transit route. There are also taxi services available. During tourist season there is a Downtown Trolley that runs for free and stops at all historic sites and shops. This apartment is in a 4unit building. We provide 3 of these units for short term rental. If you need more space than one apartment can provide, know that we do have other units available to keep your traveling companions close. Our units are fully furnished, including all linens. There are no additional fees hidden. As long as there's no damage.... you will pay only the price advertised and agreed upon.
