It's a three floor fully furnished villa, with a kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private pool. (The pool is available from May 1st to October 31st) The villa can accomodate 8 persons. The property is very quiet with a beautiful garden, a private pool with sunbeds, a small lounge area near the pool, a BBQ, private parking, two verandas and a balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The house has all the amenities required for a very comfortable stay. Fully equiped kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, small electrical appliances), a washing machine, hair dryers, clothing iron. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. The nearest beach is within walking distance although there are many beautiful beaches in the area to choose from. The centre of the local area is only a 10' drive where you can find a super market, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Renting a car would be highly recommended in order to fully enjoy your stay.
