The Annexe at Coates Farm

The property is off a quiet country lane with great views across the surrounding countryside. It is a family home with horses, a dog, chickens and cats. The annex is separate from the main house, situated on the first floor of an outbuilding and consists of a light, double bedroom/sitting room with an ensuite shower room . We are available for anything we can help with but leave you to enjoy your own space. There is a small private airfield within a short walk. Within half an hours drive are the market local market towns of Hadleigh (10 mins), Lavenham and Sudbury (20 mins) and Bury St Edmunds (30 mins). The lane we live on is part of the South Suffolk Cycle Route B. The village of Elmsett has a well stocked village shop and a pub. There are many local pubs and restaurants nearby which serve delicious food. We are happy to recommend. You will need access to a car or taxi to get around locally, but we are also on the South Suffolk Cycle Route B. We can store bikes overnight if needed. There is a basic kitchen with a fridge, toaster and kettle and we provide fresh milk, bread and cereals as well as tea and coffee, etc. We do offer guest WiFi but can’t guarantee it. As we are fairly remote and at the end of the phone line so it varies.
