This is the entire 3rd floor. There is no door at the top of the stairs. Great for kids. This beautiful home, with its large deck and covered porch, was built in traditional Block Island style in 2008. It offers spacious living with ocean views to the west from all three levels. The option of large screened windows, central heat and air conditioning ensure complete comfort in every season. The generous interior space and large yard are perfect for family reunions and relaxing vacations. The first floor is mainly one large open space that flows easily from the kitchen at the back of the house to the dining and living areas up front. You can stand in the kitchen and see right through to the dining room and living area while chatting with a friend who is standing on the deck. We built a large, Shaker-style dinning table that can seat up to 14 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped and features soapstone counter tops, a large island and all of the large and small appliances you'll need to entertain. The new kitchen includes a 48' Wolf range ( 2 ovens, 6 burners & griddle), 36' Sub Zero Refrigerator, 2 separate freezer drawers, free standing Scotsman Nugget ice maker , microwave and two dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen is the mud room with washer and dryer and a nice, convenient half bath. There is also a private bedroom with queen bed on the first floor. This suite has its own full bath with shower and tub finished with subway tiles and a marble-topped vanity. Despite being close to the living area, this is a very quiet, comfortable room to stay in. The second floor includes the master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, and full private bath. This includes a large double vanity with marble counter tops, a large shower with subway tiles & glass door, and a separate antique claw-foot soaking tub with amazing ocean views. Third bedroom with queen bed and fourth bedroom with two twin beds share a bath with full shower and tub with subway tiles and marble topped vanity. Third floor loft includes a TV/ Computer area and an additional sleeping area with two twin beds. This is a sleeping area that is great for kids. It is not a private bedroom, it is open to the TV area and stairs.
