Central location with own bathroom

Lovely bright room with patio doors looking out onto the garden. The room is on the ground floor of our seven year old 2 storey family house. It has its own shower room next door and is quite private as you have this area to yourself (other rooms are on the floors above). There is a tv with freeview in the room. Also a combination oven/microwave/grill for guest use, and kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in the adjoining utility room. There is a fridge in the garage (which is behind the door in the hallway), and of course, wi fi. The double bed and small desk are new and from John Lewis. Fantastic, safe, central location in this beautiful historic cathedral city. 10/15 minutes walking distance to shops, Garrick theatre, restaurants, Cathedral and other attractions. Bus and City train station within 10 minutes walk for trains/bus to Birmingham. 40 minutes walk to Lichfield Trent Valley Station for direct trains to London (or taxi, usually, £4). Some visitor spaces for parking. There is usually parking on the street or you can park across our drive if the visitor spaces are taken. Tea and coffee, cereals and milk provided at no extra cost. Earlier check in possible if arranged in advance. Hall Utility Safe, quiet, friendly but within 10 minutes walk of the city centre. Walking distance to City railway station and bus station. Pub with all day/evening dining 5 minutes walk away. 10 minutes walk to city centre restaurants. Please contact me for details of discounts for weekly or longer bookings. We have a seven year old cockapoo dog who is usually contained behind a stair gate on the first floor. There is a complimentary box with cereal, biscuits, tea and coffee, and milk in the fridge. We do not include the cost of a cooked breakfast as most guests seem to prefer a lower nightly rate.
