Come and experience the countryside! From November until May you can join us in the farmhouse and get to know our sheep, chickens and horses. Skjólsteinar accommodation is on a farm Kverná near Grundarfjörður. Beautiful northern lights. We live in an old house with a long history. The area is rich with natural beauty and beautiful mountain and waterfalls. Small but cozy rooms. Shared bathroom and kitchen with other rooms. We rent out four rooms at the farm. Each room features private ad on Airbnb. You can go horseback riding for additional fee. Three beautiful waterfalls nearby which you can walk to. Lambs are only from May - June Horses go up to the mountain of September to January.
