East Cottage

Spacious 5 start self catering holiday cottages in a peaceful location adjacent to the River Itchen. East Cottage sleeps 7 (plus 1 extra in a fold up bed). Rooms can be set up as doubles or twins. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Freesat TV, DVD player and wireless internet. All bed linen, towels included. Hot water and central heating are powered by a Wood chip boiler and there is a log burner in each living area. Guest membership to Avington Park Golf Course is included while you stay with us (giving a reduction to green fees). The cottage is on one level (no steps) and therefore suitable for most wheelchair users. There is also a wet room. Owner lives close by and is happy to assist or offer information on the area at any time during your stay. Quiet, peaceful location set in the Hampshire countryside, alongside the River Itchen. Plenty of lovely walks plus Avington Park Golf Course is within a mile. Guest membership is included during your stay. A car is recommended.
