The Villa is completely independent, with an area of over 600 square meters, and is positioned on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for multiple families and with the possibility of also being able to rent single rooms, all surrounded by a green park full of flowers and plants typical of our lake. The upper floor is characterized by a large open space lounge, with an ultra modern kitchen complete with the latest generation appliances. A large ultracomfort sofa allows you to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the panoramic window, which changes color in the evening thanks to an innovative LED lighting. To complete the salon, a large glass table overlooking the panorama and a 65 "Ultra HD 4K smartTV. The two bedrooms are respectively a double and a triple with single beds, with memory aloe vera mattresses, for a 5-star rest. Bathroom complete with shower box with massaging shower head and colored LED spotlight for a thermal effect. An illuminated marble staircase leads to the lower floor, where we find a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a triple bedroom, and the laundry room. In the fourth bedroom there is a double and a single bed, with an independent internal bathroom, to guarantee maximum privacy. A cellar with exposed exposed stone wall can create romantic candlelit dinners, accompanied by a bottle of house wine for our kind customers. Outside the villa is equipped with a gazebo with exposed wood, from where to enjoy fantastic panoramic dinners, caressed by the breeze of our lake.
