Cosy Emergency sleepover for regulars: female only

#YourCosySpace This is an EMERGENCY privileged sleepover space for regular return FEMALE guests only. It can be booked by messaging the Host via AirBnb messages. Dates are pre-blocked & made available after a message enquiry. The space has a luxury mattress on a raised trundle bed giving ultimate comfort in the surroundings of a private lounge area with sofa’s, TV & dining table. Suitable for guests who work long hours! Guests will have a comfortable mattress on a raised trundle bed: this space is a private lounge/diner with TV, which is turned into an emergency room when the Host isn’t resident Shared areas include: kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, family bathroom with shower, downstairs cloakroom: shoes/coat cupboard, and a large fridge/freezer dedicated to guests: accessible from the conservatory area. Our Co-Host Angela interacts with guests after determining the best way, and timings. She is always available with 20-30minutes notice Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour is an 8 minute walk and The Leavesden Film Studios is even closer! There are many business parks and the M25 & M1 as easily accessible along with Heathrow & Luton airports within a 20min drive Off street parking is available to our guests Regular guests know that food and drinks are avoided in the 'sleeping areas' to maintain the high standards. We have a kitchen/breakfast area, as well a conservatory to relax in; and where guests can have their meals, drinks and snacks. NO PORK (no meat), NO ALCOHOL on the premises and no male visitors, without notifying the Host or Co-Host, for example for pick up and drop etc. Please note; we have adopted a kitten who will be 17 weeks at the end of October; Meishka (Russian for Baby Bear) is friendly, calm and lots of fun; he is an indoor cat and stays on the ground floor only and is mostly in our private lounge area, ground floor bedroom (when it's not occupied), and shared conservatory. He doesn't go upstairs at all and you wouldn't even know there was a cat living with us! I'm actually allergic to cat fur, hence why he doesn't sleep upstairs.
