Our small paradise, countryside house, is situated on a country road, surrounded by 4.5 acers of land, which is cultivated with fruit, nut trees as well as a vineyard. The tranquility of the location will give you the impression that you are far away from civilization when you are only 15 min drive from Athens Airport (toll free) and Lavrio Port, 8 min drive from the closest organized beach “kakia thalasa”, 25 min drive to “Anavyssos beach” and same distance for Poseidon Tempe- Sounio. Accessed by country roads only, this home is a peaceful sanctuary. Sit back and relax, clear your mind or take a short drive to nearby towns and beaches for delicious local cuisines and fun moments by the sea. From the port of Lavrio you can visit close islands like kea (or tzia), 1 hour by ferry, Kithnos, Syros. You will definitely enjoy the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere of the location. In reality the beach of Kakia Thalassa is one of the most beautiful organized beaches in Attica in the top 10, equipped with sunbeds- umbrellas, parking, food facilities, showers, wc and sport facilities. At a distance of 4 Km is -Keratea CULTURAL PARK - a green area of 25,000 square meters.(Lavrion Avenue, 16th km. Extension Attiki Odos towards Lavrion) Own transportation is definately needed. There is a 2 min drive, of country road, from the main road to reach the estate. A 3 min drive to reach main town for provisions. 8 min drive to the beach.
