Come and enjoy this cozy 1947 farm house that has been completely renovated. Enjoy the year round mountain views and the new concrete patio with an outdoor fire pit. Guest could stay in and make S’mores or go out and enjoy the local restaurants and breweries Asheville has to offer. The Master offers a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The upstairs offers a futon. The stairs going up are steep, but are carpeted and have handrails installed. Guest can use the whole home excluding the basement. Washer, dryer, appliances, WiFi and smart TV all included. Sheets are cleaned and folded/placed on each bed so that guest know they’re clean. As of May 2021 we have started construction on a tiny home on this property. It will be located on the other side of the shed and will hopefully be complete by mid July. All including the shed to park bicycles and also the firewood. Parking and yard big enough for a camper or RV. Power for RV’s can be provided for additional fee. We typically get an Uber/Lyft home for around $25. Firewood on site to burn most the time. We try to keep wood available for convenience at a small fee. It is located in the shed. Fresh chicken eggs available most the time.
