The Basementsuite. Close to Sandvika and Oslo

Lovely basement suite with a New York "view" It is based in my familys house in a friendly villa area. The cities; Sandvika, Drammen, Oslo and Hønefoss are all within 30 minutes drive. The basementsuite is Aprox 60m2. - 15 min drive from Oslo - 10 min walk to bus stop - 5 min drive to metro station with parkingspace (25 min walk) - Heated floors in all rooms - Full kitchen - Coffee machine with cofee beans - Washing machine and dryer - Own entrance - Hair dryer - Iron - Wifi - 58" smart tv with Apple TV, netflix + - Free parking - Safe neighbourhood - Sun deck in back yard with sunbeds and parasol. - 15 min walk to supermarket You will have one free parkingspace on the property if you arrive with a car. The Basementsuite has its own private entrance and the whole basement is for your privacy. Me and my family lives on the floors above the suite and some walkingstep can therefor be heard from above when we are home. Possible to arrange pickup at Sandvika train station or Kolsås metro station when you arrive. A basement is a cooling place in summer time and a warm and cosy place in winter time. The basementsuite is a part of my house where me and my fam lives but you will have this part (the basement) all by yourself. The whole basementsuite is for the guests disposoal. Private entrance. Own private parking. Backyard with sundeck can also be used. Two Sunbeds awailable. + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) From the property there are several buss-stops only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes walk from the house. These busses goes from downdown oslo or from Sandvika. Sandvika you can reach by train and the airport Express train. Sandvika is 5 km away from the property. Buss from Sandvika to the property is aprox 20 min. Taxi takes 7 minutes and cost around 250 nok. Myself I work in oslo and i take the subway from dowtown to kolsås (30 min) and buss from kolsås to my house (5 min) or i walk from the subway station (20 min). See also the Inst account the_basementsuite. Mark that i can arrange pickup at sandvika og kolsås when you arrive in the evening. Arriving by car from Oslo: Follow the E18 to Sandvika. Take the E16 towards Bergen and Hønefoss and follow it for 5 km.
