Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland. Our home is newly renovated with high ceilings, beautiful Scandinavian wooden sound panels and original double brick walls. The house has many luxurious additions, including an induction cook top, moisture regulating oven and a large television with easy access to Netflix. Enjoy Solrød Beach, a short 2 minute walk/100 m walk from your front door, as well as access to your own back garden and access to a large wooden terrace. A great place for a relaxing family or business stay. We are always contactable by phone or airbnb, should there be any need for it :) Solrød Strand has a wonderful centre with plenty of boutique shopping opportunities and delicious places to eat. Our personal favorite is a traditional italian restaurant called Smeralda, which has the most delicious pizza's, pasta's and salads. For a more budget friendly lunch option, we love Cafe A, that has a delicious variety of cafe style meals (of every kind). Our home is situated 3 minute walk from a bus stop and 10 minute walk to a train station that can take you directly to Copenhagen central within 30-35 minutes. There is also ample parking close to the train station as well.
