Magnificent villa overlooking the Gulf of Policastro, set in the National Park of Cilento, 2 km from Scario, a fishing village of the Cilento coast. The Villa is spread out over three levels and has a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Each level built as its own self-containing apartment with separate entrances making it fantastic property for larger families or groups of friends. The main entrance is on the ground floor. It has a large living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the sea and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the first floor: living room and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with mosaic tiling and Jacuzzi. It also boasts two equipped terraces with superb sea views. On the second floor: the unit has bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The third bedroom has a single bed and an open gallery (access by spiral staircase) with two further single beds. On one side the gallery has an horizontal gap in the wall (without glass), which overlooks the single bedroom one the floor below. The property is set in a lovely garden that also boasts its own free-form pool overlooking the sea and lit in the evening. The garden and the adjacent areas are terraced and rich in olive trees and Mediterranean plants. On the east side of the building are a laundry room and an area with table tennis. From the villa you can easily reach the sandy beach which is a few hundred meters away and equipped with snack-bar and pizzeria-restaurant. The village of Scario provides all essential services: supermarket, restaurants, bar, post office. From the port of Scario you can reach by boat many beautiful coves that characterize the coast to the north up to Marina di Camerota. The location is very favourable to visit the Cilento National Park and other places of natural, archaeological and cultural interest: the Charterhouse of Padula, in the Vallo di Diano, about 47 km; The archaeological ruins of Paestum with its magnificent temples 80 km; The archaeological excavations of Velia, on the Cilento coast, 45 km; Maratea and the Italian Statue of Christ the Redeemer just 30 km away.
