We are a short 2 minute walk from the Train station and public transport. This is a non-smoking home where a warm welcome awaits, perfect for those whom require accomodation for work or a relaxed break in the market town of Petersfield with easy access to the South Downs Sorry, but we can only accept non smokers.. Your En Suite Attic Room is airy, light and spacious promoting a quiet tranquil and relaxed feel to the room. The Room has lots of storage space and Wardrobe, complete with a desk taking advantage of natural light. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with access to the National Park and numerous footpaths, If you want to escape then jump on the train and we are here to welcome you You will also have access to the garden in which there is also full Wi-Fi available and a large pub style table/bench. Breakfast is provided with a choice of cereal, fruit juice and yoghurt, If you have a specific requirement ie. type of Cereal we are very happy to oblige. Coffee & tea also provided in the room, as well as a full Internet Smart TV, Work desk and very fast WiFi internet, the pass codes are shown on a notice in the room. If you smoke please do not book our room Unfortunately we do not have 24hr check in facilities. Our Check in time is strictly between 16.00hrs and 21.00hrs If you have a rough idea of arrival time please let us know so that we can be sure to be here to welcome you. Please note; There is an additional fee of £20 for check-in after 21.00hrs. The Wi-Fi extends out to the garden area, which is wonderful for browsing the web in the evenings at the garden bench/table As a host, I try and make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and well informed. I will leave you to your own devices, but am always available should you need assistance. Within a few minutes walk you can be in the centre of Petersfield enjoying the many resturants and local pubs. The railway station is only a few minutes walk. London Waterloo is 1 hour Portsmouth Harbour is 29 minutes Buses regularly stop at the station and a taxi rank is also just outside the station.
