Primrose Cottage Annexe, Self contained space

Primrose Cottage Annexe is a newly converted detached property compromising of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. In the heart of Warsash the property is 5 minutes walk from Warsash Sailing club, Maritime Academy and 3 great pubs. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure The Annexe is located in the garden of our property and entry is via our side gate. The lounge is a modern room with balcony overlooking our wildlife filled garden where badgers can often be spotted. In the large lounge there is a comfy sofa bed, 40" TV, Breakfast bar, 2x Stools, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine and Utensils. We will provide cereal, milk, bread and Tea/Coffee during your stay. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamp and wireless phone charger. In the modern bathroom there is a shower, toilet, basin and shower rail for towels which will provided. We have an extremely friendly young Labrador (Rodney) however he lives with us so if you are not so keen on dogs he can be kept away :) Access will be to Primrose Cottage Annexe and Garden. 50% of my time I work from an office I built in the garden so will often be around to help. We are also in most evenings. Warsash is a extremely friendly village situated on the river Hamble centrally located between Southampton and Portsmouth. Warsash has 3 great pubs, 2 cafés, 3 hairdressers, a barber shop, Chinese, Indian, Fish & Chips and Beauty salon all of which are within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop at the end of the road going in both directions to Southampton (X5) and Fareham (X4) both leaving twice an hour. Swanwick Train station is a 6 minute drive or 2.6 miles away.
