Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close. Guests have access to the whole house and property. Walking distance to restaurants, Mike's Tiki bar, Kingdom Trails office and all other amenities in East Burke village. Excellent, central location. We are at the end of the access road to Burke Mountain. Kindgom Trails are accessible right from the house with very little time on the pavement. VAST trails are accessed across the street. Lake Willoughby is 20 minutes up the road. We have been renting since we bought the house in 2018 but we are new to Airbnb. We have lots of happy renters that have already booked for next year and hope we can begin to generate some reviews through Airbnb soon.
