One convertible sofa and one couch, 65" 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and IPTV(All world channels), fast wifi access. Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, a microwave, a glass-ceramic hob, a fridge, cooking accessories, electric kettle, blender, and toaster Bedroom: Very comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) with direct access to the bathroom. Extra toilet room in the hall. The bed, bath, and household linen are at your disposal; the loft is cleaned weekly. Laundry room: A wash-machine and dryer at your disposal The apartment is non-smoking, we kindly ask our guests to smoke on the terrace. Guests will have access to whole loft including the backyard garden. We are always available to answer any questions and give travel advice to our guests by phone or email. 10 minutes walk to the forest, a very cozy and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurant alternatives.
