The rented apartment is located in ground garden of a house with my daughter occupies the first floor, but your input is independent. You have a garden, flowers according to the season, and a veranda for cooler evenings and rainy days. You can park your car in the garden and put your bikes away. The house is at a dead end and surrounded by meadows and groves, so there is no traffic to worry about.
