Silver Birch Cottage consists of a large deluxe double suite, a spacious one bedroom, self-contained with en-suite and complete with power shower. Private access is available through the garden entrance. New build and decorated to a high standard throughout. It includes a kitchenette and the all important kettle. There is a twin seat breakfast bar and an outdoor seating area to enjoy on sunny days and relaxed warm evenings. A complimentary breakfast hamper is included in your stay. Silver Birch cottage comes with everything you will need for your stay, we will provide towels and linen are all provided. The main area has a TV/DVD with NETFLIX/Freeview and free access to WiFi. Parking is available on quiet street in front of the main house. We can arrange for bicycle storage if required (please enquire upon booking) Other things to note: We have our beloved friendly furry family on and around the property in their own private quarters but may on occasion be in the garden area of the property. However, they do not go into the Cottage nor the private patio area that is fenced and secure. Private access is available through the garden entrance. Local attractions include the Royston Cave, Wimpole Hall, IWM Duxford to name but a few… An array of local amenities and transport services are all within a short walk away. Royston is conveniently located between the A1 and the M11 motorways and a local train station with direct transport links to Kings Cross, London, Cambridge and Stanstead Airport. Duxford Imperial War Museum is a 10 minute drive. Silver Birch Cottage is also conveniently located for the most popular wedding venues in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Such as, Wimpole Hall, South Farm, The Sheen Mill, Minstrel Court and many more!
