In a beautiful preserved area Between the villages of Camembert and Livarot (who gave their name to famous french cheese) 20 min from Lisieux – Less than one hour from the sea Typical independant norman house (180 sqm) Former press room entirely renovated in a modern way - all the comfort of a modern house The house is on the same land where the family house is located but is completely independent Really nice view over the countryside Very quiet There are two bedrooms - Bedroom 1 - ground floor: one bed for 2 (brand new & luxury bedding) with a bathroom (shower and toilets) - Bedroom 2 - first floor: large mezzanine (100 sqm opened on the living area which is on the ground floor): one bed for 2 (brand new & luxury bedding) with a bathroom (bath tube and toilets) On the ground floor, you’ll also have a large kitchen- living room fully furnished (oven, washing machine, dishwasher,…) Given the layout of the house (large staircase and opened mezzanine), we are sorry for not being able to welcome children. We are at your disposal to provide you any further information.
