Graestone Manor is a historic 1865 Victorian Mansion which was a horse farm with a racetrack on the property. Current owners Bob and Heather Mattison have been restoring the home back to its original Victorian grandeur since purchasing it back in 2017. This beautiful home is located along the historic Erie Canal and the Niagara Wine Trail. Graestone Manor is a Bed and Breakfast that has a separate quarters for the owners to live in. We will always be on site during your stay but we will be in our part of the house. We will be available if you need us 24/7 We are located in the beautiful countryside of Royalton New York in the town of Gasport. It is farm country and is very private. You will enjoy peace and quiet and have access to our fire pit area as well. We are located along the Niagara Wine trail and we have a shuttle van that seats six guests and we offer a wine tour package. We also have 3 golf courses within minutes of the house and several antique stores and restaurants. We are along the Erie Canal which offers hiking trails. We are also within a few miles of the Royalton Ravine, the Lockport Nature preserve, the Iroquois nature preserve, lockport caves, Olcott beach, Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls and Buffalo NY.Graestone Manor is ten minutes from historic Lockport NY. We are close to major roads as well, even though we are in the country and have nothing surrounding us but farm fields, we are only 5 minutes away from grocery stores, shopping and civilization.
