Although only 10 minutes from junction 15 of the M1, 25 minutes from junction 10 of M40, close to Northampton, Milton Keynes, Silverstone and Towcester Racecourse, here you can find total peace and quiet. A lovely Victorian Farmhouse set amongst 27 acres that's been extended to provide comfortable accommodation. Hill Farm is up a private drive with electric gates. Plenty of space for parking and even under cover if required. 7 minute walk to award winning gastro pub. Kitchen/bbq available. Lovely extended Victorian cottage set in 27 acres providing a beautiful, peaceful setting. The house is light and bright and has a number of comfortable areas to sit or work in. The last 3 photos show the bungalow opposite Hill Farm’s track and the track itself from both directions. There is now a red dog waste bin at the end of the track. Available is one bedroom with a king size bed (2 people) and one bedroom with a small double (1 person). The bathroom is shared between the two rooms. Guests may use all the house except the hosts bedroom and bathroom! Welcome to walk round the fields provided they are sensible regarding livestock. I am on hand most of the time to assist with anything. Beautiful, quiet little village. As the house is set off the road there are no very near neighbours so peace and quiet is ensured. 5 minutes to Towcester Racecourse. 10/15 minutes to Silverstone Circuit. Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum is 5 minutes away. Nearest town is Towcester which has some lovely eating places and shops. There is a public bus service that goes through the village. I own three large friendly dogs. Your own transport is helpful but not essential as there is a bus service through the village and the host is happy to give lifts.
