A pretty cottage near Leeds Castle

We can’t wait to host again at Caring Place. The name of our house gives it away - we care greatly that our guests have a fabulous time and leave with happy memories. 2 double rooms, 1 with a hand basin. Private shower room adjacent to bedrooms. Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels/robes and comfy beds await you. A delicious continental breakfast includes home made muesli & preserves. Owners bedroom/shower room on separate floor. Close to lots of great country pubs 2 deluxe double bedded rooms - one with a hand basin. If 2 guests require both rooms, please book as 3 people and the second room carries a supplement of £40. We only offer one listing so the rooms are then exclusive to one couple, family or friends. Comfy beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, cotton waffle robes and tea/coffee facilities in each room. The owners bedroom/shower room is on the first floor providing guests with as much privacy as possible. Take a stroll to the Green at Bearsted (15 minutes) where you will find two pubs. Or 5 minute drive to two very good pubs. Bedrooms, Shower Room, Conservatory, deck and large garden. Parking is available on the drive in front of the house. as much or as little as our guests want. Bearsted is one of the prettiest villages in Kent, it has a green where cricket has been played for over a 100 years. Two pubs/restaurants and a fantastic Fish restaurant situated on the Green. There are also some great pubs in villages close by. Leeds Castle is close by. The Channel tunnel is approximately 30 minutes away. For other attractions look my guide book. Train to London is just over an hour. We are close to junction 8, M20 and we recommend you need a car to enjoy the area. Channel Tunnel approx. 30minutes. The local bus service stop is a 2 minute walk from the cottage at the top of the lane. A choice of taxis services. Using motor connections we are approximately 1hour from Gatwick, 1.5hrs Heathrow & Stansted. The ports of Dover & Folkestone are within 1 hours drive. Bearsted Train Station is a 20minute walk or 5 minute drive; connects to London, Canterbury or the coast. Canterbury is approximately 45 minute drive. We have a 5 Star food & hygiene certificate and delight in providing our guests with a delicious breakfast. We have a cat called Cleo who is part Siamese. She is a timid cat but very friendly. We do not allow smoking or pets. Adults only.
