It is perfect for a couple, but the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/diner offers the possibility of accommodating up to four guests if required. There is a pretty enclosed garden perfect for relaxing with a cool drink after a day exploring the wonders of Cornwall. The Barn has a light and modern interior, decorated in cool sea greens, blues and greys that reflect the Cornish coastline, rivers and rugged clifftops. Enter through the double glazed French doors, into a light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area. This area has a small fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, kettle, four slice toaster, microwave with grill, fridge, oven, extractor fan and two ring ceramic hob. The dining table with two chairs and a bench seat, overlooks the garden. There is also a small double sofa bed, TV, electric wall heater and storage cupboard. From this area there are doors to a double bedroom and modern shower room. The bedroom comprises a traditional style double bed, open hanging and shelved storage space, electric wall heater, mirror and hairdryer. The shower room is traditional in style, has plenty of storage, a full length mirror, heated towel rail and wall mounted fan heater. Towels and bed linen are provided. The Barn benefits from an enclosed garden, with picnic bench and there is also off road parking.
