Fully centrally heated, double glazed and free WiFi throughout. Well equipped kitchen with oven, 5 ring hob, American fridge freezer, microwave, washing m/c, dryer, 2 dining areas. Separate contemporary lounge with Netflix and a comfy sofa bed. The downstairs toilet is off the kitchen utility (which doubles up as a private dining area or home working space). Upstairs is the spacious main bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, toilet and twin sinks. Bedroom 1 is a double of contemporary style with large windows through which light floods. A dressing table and an area to enjoy early morning coffee compliments the room. Bedroom 2 is also a double with a large Art-Deco themed Parisian picture, a staircase off leading up to the ‘New York’ styled loft which again hosts a double bed, wall mounted TV with Netflix and cosy seating area. Outside is a private seating area for those warm summer nights where you can enjoy alfresco dining sheltered from the wind and warmed by the sun until late (hopefully)! Parking is on street for which a permit can easily be arranged at £3.50/day. Alternatively there is a NCP carpark 100m away. The property is not manned therefore self-check in is via the key safe.
