Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. No smoking inside the house. The house is located at the top of the little village Weilburg-Hasselbach. The forest is right around the corner, ideal for walking. You can visit Weilburg and its castle if you like, it is only 6km away. There are several shopping options nearby, the nearest is a big and new REWE market 3km away. There is a big lounch area in front of the house which can be used for BBQ in the evening. We have tables and seats for up to 12 people and a big grill. There also is a small terrace and a nice cabin. In order to be respectful to the neighbours, please go inside the house after midnight. You can reach me by phone or mail if you have any questions while you stay in the house. As the house is situated on top of a hill, you have a very nice view over the village and the landscape. There is a bus going from Hasselbach to Weilburg. However, we would recommend you to come by car, to rent a car, or use a taxi (there is a taxi station in Hasselbach just around the corner). Please do not smoke inside the house, nor in the cabin. Smoking shisha ia also not allowed.
