Hare's Lodge is a stunning stable conversion with spectacular countryside views. Perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful escape to the country. Located in Chedworth Laines, between Cheltenham and Cirencester, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Hare's Lodge, is part of a small hamlet of honey-coloured Cotswold stone houses, for which this area is so well-known. Overlooking nothing but sweeping green fields filled with grazing livestock, Hare's Lodge has recently been converted from its former use. The Lodge is completely independent and is the annex to Field Cottage. The upstairs is one large open-plan living space with views of the surrounding countryside. The downstairs consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The twin bedroom has a large walk-in shower. The super-king bedroom has a floor to ceiling picture window of the wild flower meadow beyond and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower-bath. Guests have their own parking space outside their own entrance and front door. They also have shared access to the cottage's field. The Lodge has its own outdoor seating. Chedworth has two well known dining pubs, the Seven Tuns and the Stump. Also within walking distance, around the valley, is Chedworth Roman Villa and plenty of beautiful cotswold stone houses, cottages and the medieval St. Andrew's Church. There is a network of footpaths connecting you to all these destinations. Local footpath maps are in the cottage. The Cotswolds is perfect for a cycling or walking holiday. Or if you fancy browsing in beautiful towns, Stow-on-the-Wold is only 20 mins drive away, Cirencester "the capital of the Cotswolds" is 10 minutes drive, and Georgian Cheltenham is 20 mins drive. You may also fancy exploring the nearby charming villages of Withinginton, Northleach and Rencomb.
