Comfortably sleeping ten, the extensive ground floor is open plan with a beautiful fully equipped traditional kitchen and an extensive lounge area. Within the grounds, you have a large private swimming pool, a full-size tennis court and 5 a side football pitch, golf putting (brand new putting course installed so different from pictures), table tennis, french bowls pitch, pool table, darts and a children's play area. All the sports equipment you need is provided. The old gas BBQ has now been replaced with a traditional custom built Sardinian wood/ charcoal BBQ, considered better for authentic cooking. There are lots of local shops and supermarkets along with many excellent restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Centrally located on the northern coast, within 5 to 30 minutes drive (and the coastline is a stunning drive) you have a wide range of beautiful places, things to see and countless golden beaches to visit. These wonderfully unique places include Stintino, La Pelosa Beach, Castelsardo, Asinara aka Donkey Island (with miniature albino donkeys- a gorgeous UNESCO world heritage site) Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Alghero, Valledoria, Neptunes Grotto (spectacular) and much more.
